Delivery policy

aeroflora2india charges a flat fee of $2.50 per item for delivery anywhere in India.We send flowers across India by using our network of trusted florists across India. aeroflora2india will deliver your order on the day you requested. While we may be able to accomplish same day delivery to major cities, please allow at least 1 day for your order. If we cannot deliver on the date you requested, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will do our best to deliver the order at the time you have requested, but since local conditions vary, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

If the recepient is not available, we will attempt to reach the recepient and schedule the delivery when they will be available. We may also leave the order with a neighbour, if local conditions are appropriate.

To facilatate a successful delivery, please supply as much recepient information as possible, such as a Home or Cell phone number. If the delivery is going to a Hotel or Hospital, please supply the room number.

Substitution policy

aeroflora2india reserves the right to substitute the selected arrangement/gift with one of equal or greater value. We will do our best to match the arrangement ordered, however due to the seasonality of flowers, and local conditions, the exact flowers or arrangement might not be available. In such a case, we apply our substitution policy, and we promise that you will be satisfied with the substitution.
